This position requires an IT/Marketing background. The Product Specialist main responsibility is to contribute to the ongoing development of product throughout the product life cycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and working closely with technical, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Functional Responsibilities
Understand the business benefits of Customer Relationship Management solutions
Assess business opportunities and competitive positioning vs. direct and indirect competition
Formulate the solution's scope of work that the company can provide to cover customer needs
Master the features of Dynamics CRM and follow-up on its new upgrades to determine their impact on the the company CRM verticals in Banking, Insurance and e-Government
Master the features of the company's e-Banking and mobile Banking products and follow-up on their new upgrades to determine their impact on the company's product
Understand customer requirements and translate them into a customized demo illustrating how the business needs can be met on top of Dynamics CRM and company's Panda e-Business framework
Define new products scope, requirements, risks, costs and benefits and organize implementation, covering both commercial and technical aspects
Actively participate in the product development process, including concept and business case preparation, project planning and implementation, testing and launch
Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
Conduct post-launch assessment of newly implemented products
Report on product/project status and KPIs to management.


• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• Experience in product management and marketing (min 3 years)
• Good computer knowledge of MS Office
• Understanding of strategic, operational and business development dynamics
• Practical knowledge of software technologies and architecture
• Detail oriented with strong communications and negotiation skills
• People oriented, decision maker with strong problem solving skills
• Able to motivate and strongly influence others
