Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Executive who is passionate about bridging supplier products with market demand and customer needs. You will work with cross-functional teams to plan the products and the demand, price, promote, and support the sales team.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer and market needs, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements and order planning
• Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products, and analyze data and recommend plan of action to gain market share
• Run the new product introduction process and launch in the market in the channel and consumer segments
• Communicate internally as well as with the channel customers and consumers via database tools to announce new product arrivals, promotions and offers, incentive schemes and various deliverables to drive the business and generate interest and buy-in
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies, based on competitive analysis and market research
• Evaluate, plan and drive promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy
• Drive the sales teams and the channel customers to optimize sales, clear existing and ageing stocks, and oversee inventory management and reporting
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding internally and externally
• Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
