About Our Client:
Our client is a frozen bakeries & pastries food manufacturer that has an existing retail pastry chain operation with 6 outlets and looking for establishing a HORECA operation within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
About the Candidate:
We are seeking a professional, solid, and mature candidate for the position of Retail Sales Manager in KSA/ based in Jeddah.
The candidate will plan and execute the complete sales operation for the company to achieve the correct positioning in the market, as well as the financial goalsin line with the company’s vision and mission. He will also establish the E-commerce and Home Delivery Operations.
The position reports to the General Sales Manager.
Core Mandatory Requirements:
1. Qualifications:
o Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

2. Experience:
o Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in Bakery & Pastry Retail Operation .
o Experience in establishing and managing sales departments.

3. Professional Knowledge and Skills:
o Strong client and solution orientation, while remaining company and business focused;
o Written and oral proficiency in Arabic and English;
o Computer Literacy.

4. Mandatory Personality Skills:
o Excellent sales skills, with the ability to advice and close the deal;
o Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills;
o Strategic and analytical thinking;
o Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan resources and to fix priorities;
o Team playerwith the ability to develop, interact, and work efficiently with teams;
o Highly motivated with strong coaching and training skills;
o Creative with continuous out of the box practical ideas.

About the Position:
• Key Duties and Responsibilities
o Improving the existing retail operation in regards to sales strategies, sales policies and plans, as well as the staffing within the general frame of the company policies;
o Creating and implementing the annual sales forecast and budget for retail operation;
o Monitoring and improving the sales performance, holding weekly sales meetings, and conducting sales training;
o Setting objectives for the sales force;
o Contacting customers;
o Handling commercial promotions and in-store offers;
o Supporting sales negotiations;
o Helping in improving the Saudization level within his department;
o Controlling product inventories to reduce expiries without effecting displays;
o Developing sales operation manual;
o Developing orientation and induction program for all new hires;
o Following up on outlets maintenance issues continuously;
o Developing healthy relation with services suppliers as well as outlets landlords;
o Tight following up on all government licenses and regulation pertaining stores operation;
o Continuous on the job training;
o Establishing home delivery operation;
o Establishing and implementing proper merchandizing and display standards within the guidance of the management and the retail pastry norms.
