Sales Representative Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or high school diploma
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in retail sales
• Bilingual - French is a plus
• Team player
• Excellent selling and negotiating skills
• Professional appearance

Job Description:
• Greet customers as they arrive at the stand and ask them how they would like to be assisted.
• Listen to customers’ requirements closely and provide them with information on available pieces and sets.
• Show customers their desired pieces and provide information such as the story behind the piece, stones and design.
• Assist customers in making decisions to buy jewelry pieces or sets.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
• Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
• Lead customers through the buying process by boxing, wrapping and bagging their purchases
• Maintaining client records.
• Arrange displays on a regular basis and ensure that all displays are properly locked and secured.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems and competitive activities.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
