Description


Sales Administrator with 2+ years similar experience, needed for a leading trading company in Ashrafieh.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving all incoming sales calls or indoor sales visits: get all information in order to devise the offer
- Prepare and send offers: follow up until the final signature including first payment
- Opening new client file as per new client circuit (with accounting)
- Coordinate with the Operations team for the pre requisites, installation, first order, training
- Arrange sales meetings for the Owner; prepare product file, price lists, presentation, tasting bag
- Follow up / communicate with existing clients in all sectors (Horeca, office, retail)
- Communicate important information from customers with the owner and relevant departments regularly
- Communicate all new products with our clients through email regularly
- Stay up to date on competitions’ activities, clients, products, prices (through different channels including operations team)
- Stay up to date on major events in the market where our products can be offered or displayed
- Maintain annual events calendar
- Maintain and update all price lists (with accounting dept)
- Maintain and update supplier presentations and brochures
- Stay in touch with export departments of our suppliers
- Stay up to date on new products through our supplier’s image banks
- Maintain and update client databases
- Fill out standard monthly reports as per owner's requests
- Replenish the showroom with any new products as they arrive from abroad (with accounting)

WORKING DAYS AND HOURS:
Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
