2.Responsible for the performance and development of the field force
3.Monitor all tasks to be performed by medical representatives
4.Prepare action plans by area and individual to reach targets and goals
5.Prepare marketing plans and their implementation, organizing events, conferences, congresses
6.Perform market analysis to explore potential launches for new products, forecasts sales and market share.
7.Identify and prioritize patient populations to be targeted based on specific product indications.
8.Control implementation of campaigns, use of material, convey of right messages by medical representatives
9.Conduct coaching and make sure of continuous development of product knowledge and selling skills
10.Report drug adverse events within twenty four hours of contact date, as well as reporting all complaints related to quality of Company’s products. Ensure the proper implementation of set “Pharmacovigilance” and quality control procedures by medical representatives
11.Provide feedback and performance assessment to management on each member of the field force
12.Responsible of following KOLs, developing loyal prescribers and keeping high level contacts with potential HCPs
13.Control expenses to keep within budget guidelines and profitability
14.Participate in interviewing and hiring new team members
15.Perform market surveys, monitor competition and identify counter strategies.
16.Reporting Pharmacovigilance cases within the specified timelines and adhering to the quality system.
Education: Scientific University degree
Supervisory skills is required
