-Performing general clerical duties(Data Entry)
-Managing databases on the business management software (Data Entry)
-Studying sales records and inventory levels
-Maintains and controls the inventory.
-Preparing purchase orders based on calculated shortage in items
-Placing orders (local/foreign) and checking shipment
-Follow up on purchasing order shipments with suppliers and local forwarding companies
-Handle face to face, phone or email interactions with suppliers
-Maintaining records of goods ordered and received and oversee the billing process
-Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, calculating, compiling and summarizing information.
-Performing other tasks/projects related to the business as they arise and as delegated by Management

Qualification:
-22-27 years old
-1-3 years experience
-University Degree or equivalent
-English is a must; French is a plus
-Very strong knowledge of Microsoft office (Especially Excel)
-Strong mathematical, analytical, organizing, planning, prioritizing and multitasking skills
-Previous experience in supply chain is a plus

Location: Mkalles
Working hours:
Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm
Sat 8 am to 1 pm
