Masterminds is recruiting an Administrative Assistant /Personal Assistant to CEO for a leading designer and manufacturer of Industrial Kitchen Equipment Company located in Keserwan, Lebanon
• Presentable Female
• Bachelor degree is required-Accounting background is a must
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Provides systematic and dependable follow up, as well as a high level of organization and preparedness
• Respectfully takes direction from CEO.
• Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
• Updates and maintains phone lists for CEO
• Arranging travel and accommodation
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding;
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
• Carrying out background research and presenting findings
• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
• Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings;
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
• Taking dictation and minutes;
• Maintains confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion
• Works in a professional and focused manner to schedule internal and external meetings
• Uses Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to produce materials for internal and external meetings and conferences
• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing,
• Maintains physical and electronic office filing systems for CEO.
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
• To promote and create awareness of the company and all its products.
• To represent the company at any opportunities that arises to promote its services.
• Assisting in growing the company in a profitable manner.

Saturday: from 8 AM till 1.30 PM
