The Beauty Advisor’s role is to demonstrate the products and to answer customer’s questions for the purpose of creating public interest in buying the product in pharmacies in order to achieve sales goals.
-Carry out routine sales task such as selling to customers, in order to achieve targets.
-Promote promotional offers following management instructions in order to maximize sales.
2. Customer Relations:
-Recommend products that suit the customers’ needs in order to provide excellent customer service and increase sales.
-Introduce latest products to customers and demonstrates their use by giving facials and offering samples, in order to increase sales and satisfy customers’ needs by proposing the right products.
-Keep records and builds customers’ database in order to provide personalized services, such as informing them about promotions.
-Provide exceptional service to every customer to gain his/her loyalty and ensure continuity.
3. Stock and Display:
-Ensure the counter is stocked adequately and that the products are displayed attractively in order to reply to customers’ needs.
-Display and restocks the products in order to have an appealing display following the brand’s guidelines.
-Control product expiry date and take reorder when necessary for replenishment purposes.
4. Competition Monitoring:
Monitor the competitors’ actions in the market in terms of promotions, new products for counteraction purposes.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
-High school degree
-Fluent in Arabic and English, French is a plus.
-Selling and negotiation skills
-Ability to communicate well and convince people to ‘try us out’
-Product knowledge skills
