QTS is looking to hire an “Accountant” - available immediately and with a minimum of 5 years experience.
Main tasks being:
- Invoices issuance and follow up
- Monthly Receivables / Payables / POs Reconciliation
- Regular Production of Financial Reporting
- Data entry in the accounting system
- Payment Cheques issuance and related records follow up
- Monitor and control the Invoicing and Purchasing Processes
- Provide support to the Offshore branches in accounting issues
- Provide support in all accounting/finance related issues as requested by the Department Manager
The suitable candidate should be ambitious, hard worker, meticulous and accurate, with no constraints to meeting deadlines, willing to assume new challenges and able to work under pressure.
He/She should hold - as minimum - a Bachelor degree in Accounting, English and computer literate, Familiar with Accounting Softwares.
