Description


1. To organize and set up his assigned section in the kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximize productivity.

2. To ensure that all products from that section of this kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximize productivity.

3. To ensure that all products from that section of the kitchen are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes.

4. To assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in ensuring that all culinary standards in that section comply with Company and Hotel Policies and Procedures and Minimum Standards.

5. Monitor food and operating costs and control these by reducing waste.
