Is responsible for the running of the operation in absence of the F&B Manager and his assistant.
Determines that service pantry station in fully stocked and kept clean at the commencement of service.
To know the concept, menu and contents of the outlet and be able to help, inform and advise our customers about it.
To re stock and maintain all food and beverage equipment in a safe and hygienic way avoiding any breakage, spoilage or wastage.
To ensure all Outlet checklists are followed and passed on to the F&B Manager.
To ensure all linen request forms are handed into the laundry/housekeeping before the beginning of the week.
