• Acts as liaison between sales delegates and management team to secure a smooth transfer of information and reporting;
• Responsible of data entry;
• Prepares offers and reports; reports to line management current sales team outcome;
• Coordinate with accounting department on invoicing status;
• Coordinates with Warehouse for material readiness and delivery;
• Handles the shipping and customs clearance tasks;
• Coordinates with Sales Management for setting up the forecast plan on weekly basis;
• Generates weekly & monthly logistics reports to management;
• Acts at the company’s first line of tele-contact by answering phone calls and e-mails

Education BA Business Administration
Experience 3-5 years
Language Fluent in Arabic, English, French is a plus
