Description


Prepare all listing materials: pre-listing presentation, Listing Agreement, sellers’ disclosures, comparative market analysis, pull online property profile, research old multiple listing service listings and etc.
Consult & coordinate with sellers all property photos & marketing activities.
Ensure all necessary signatures are present on listing agreement, disclosures and other necessary documentation.
Provide proactive weekly feedback to sellers regarding all showings and marketing activities.
Input all listing information into websites and update as needed.
Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
Input all necessary information into client database and transaction management systems.
Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc.
Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
Set and coordinate meeting schedules between clients and agents.

Requirements;

Holder of a BA in Business Admin, Law, PR
1-3 years of similar experience
Fluent in read, written and spoken English and Arabic
Strong communication, follow up and customer service skills
Very presentable
