We are looking for a responsible candidate to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Duties include:
1-Write & distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes & forms.
2- Develop and maintain filing system.
3- Manage asset maintenance. Invited quotations from suppliers for construction materials and obtained best price for the company. Maintain and order office supplies and research for new deals and suppliers.
4- Maintain petty cash.
5- Ensure confidentiality of company’s documents and completion of projects.
6- Answer & direct phone calls.
7- Make travel arrangements.
• 5 years of relevant work experience.
• BT or higher degree.
• English, French and Arabic language.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.
