A reputable IT company is seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Procurement Officer. In this position, the candidate will play a key role in procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for the organization. The candidate will follow procurement procedures, maintain accurate related information of incoming orders, purchases and shipments.

• BA in Business Administration (Accounting) or MIS
• Minimum three years of experience in Purchasing, Operation, or Administration.
• Knowledgeable with ERP Program
• Accommodates working under pressure
• Good team member who can also work on own initiative
• A Flexible and Can-do attitude
• Good Communication Skills
• Attention to detail

Main Tasks:
• Handle requests for Quotation
• Place Orders with Suppliers. Follow up on orders, supplier invoices, payment terms, payables, shipments, and deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of suppliers and vendors, their qualifications and delivery times, purchases, pricing, and Procurement department operations
• Maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
• Engage with suppliers and coordinate with shipping agencies with regards to importing and exporting shipments
• Control the invoicing schema within the company
• Follow on day to day activities and operations of the Procurement department
• Handle and assist with any request handed down by the Procurement Manager to complete duties as needed
• Complete all tasks within company’s terms and regulations
