Description


- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant, bar and room service
- Prepare F&B outlets inventory on a monthly basis
- Oversee staff training
- Set staff schedules and monitor staff performance
- In coordination with the Executive Chef, prepare menus, organize purchases, and ensure the update and application of cooking instruction
- Plan changes in the menu, set prices and organize the work for the day in coordination with the Executive Chef
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing Department in relation to banquet and related events
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure that health and safety regulations are followed
- Maintain highest level of professionalism in activities and performance
