Description


1- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions;
2- suggest information about other products and services.
3- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
4- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
5- Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
6- Identify and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Qualification:
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
*BS in Finance or relevant degree
