Job Description:
•Management and monthly planning of the time schedule of the Assistant Head Cahier, Supervisors and the Cashiers.
•Management of the annual leaves of the teams, and of any other Administrative task requested.
•Custody of cash sales.
•Preparation of daily sales reports.
•Making daily bank deposits (Cash & Checks).
•Preparing Floats for Cashiers, to be given to the Supervisors for dispatching.
•Daily count of the main safe and the secondary safe.
•Ensuring availability of change money at all times.
•Investigating and reporting cash sales differences.
•Receiving and reviewing daily reports of cancelled invoices/transactions.
•Receiving and reviewing daily reports of cancelled items.
•Making sure that all procedures are being well implemented and enforcing of all internal rules and regulations.
•Managing the daily activities of all cashiers and supervisors.
•Investigating and approving the requests for warnings as per procedure.
•Any other task allocated by the Assistant Store Manager or the Store Manager.

•Besides veiling on the application of all cash and safe procedures along with the coordination of the money/cash transfers to the bank, his job is also to train and coach the Supervisor Cashiers on how to improve their work performance and how to work on their own development in order to insure a succession planning.
•Participates to trainings general preparations as: presence, session’s schedules, candidate selection, follow-up on performances, etc.
•All Administrative work related to his Department (Banks, HR, Operations reporting, etc.).
•Regular checking on Cashiers and Supervisors on the floor.
•Daily planning of surprise register counts.
•Communicating about fake money.
•Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enters the safe room.

University Degree in Business management preferably
4 to 5 years of experience in a similar field.
Very good managerial skills and proactive.
Highly developed skills and proficient with numbers.
Excellent communication skills and people/customer oriented.
Charismatic and Good leadership skills.
Very good computer and soft ware literacy.
Fluency in English and Arabic
