Description


• Develops HR procedure in full agreement with the managing director • Explains Operating procedures, and the HR procedure, to all department managers and make sure they explain it in turn to their team. • Prepares payroll. • Conducts one-on-one interviews with all employees, twice a year minimum, and gather information about their performance, their needs and suggestions. • Discuss personnel needs with departments’ heads and trigger preventive/corrective actions; • Make sure that all employee’s files are up to date; • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards company goals; • Recruits and interview candidates to all job openings. • Report monthly to the General Manager all issues regarding the development of all personnel.
