Description


Business Development

-Prospect potential leads, cold call and conduct business meetings to identify opportunities, negotiate terms and close the deal
- Attend events, exhibitions, ... to network and connect with potential clients
-Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to reach a positive win/win outcome
-Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships

Business Development Planning

-Use knowledge of the market and competitors; identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions' and added value

Management and Research

-Submit weekly progress reports and manage sales CRM
-Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
-Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets

*This position will be reporting directly to the GM

Requirements:

-Holder of a Marketing / PR or Communication degree
-Must have minimum 3 years up to 5 years of business development / corporate sales experience
-Fluency in English and Arabic. French is a plus
-Must be commercial & customer focused
-Strong sales and pricing techniques
-Ability to identify customer needs and overcome challenges
-Strong decision making, strategic thinking and problem solving skills
-Strong presentation, negotiation and follow up skills
-Solid experience in report writing
