•Managing BA's rotation per Pharmacy.
•Check the flow of all stores on daily basis and report any non-compliance.
•Prepare Monthly schedule for all branches and Follow- up BA's punctuality, days off and annual leaves. Replace any BA if needed anytime and at any branch.
•Lead the team to achieve the monthly target per shop, per brand, per line by coaching them on sell out Help BA's brand knowledge by conducting regular training (product knowledge and sales techniques) whenever required.
•Ensure, on daily basis, accuracy of BA's reporting (Sell-In & Sell-out) and conduct regular performance evaluation based on the brand score sheet and the position requested skills and feedback the management with weekly BA activities reports or whenever requested.
•Prepare reports by collecting and summarizing information to work out appropriate action plans with the responsible manager.
•Prepare sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information. Identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions.
•Coordinate with the brand manager his / her daily, weekly and monthly calls per store.
•Implement the brand merchandising guidelines per store and provide the management with evidential feedback (pictures).
•Ensure a clean & proper display of our goods on shelf
•Set the items per range as per the planogram
•Responsible for the training of the BA’s
•Responsible for the training of pharmacy staff
•Responsible of the development and retention of the team/ pharmacy:
University degree is a must, specialized in cosmetology is a plus, a minimum of 5-8 years of experience is needed.
Will be managing and supervising all Company’s Beauty Advisors. Strong selling skills. Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated. Ability to coach, to guide and to train. Details oriented and methodical follow-up. Deep knowledge in the Cosmetic field
