1-Develops an efficient region sales program to ensure the achievement of the targeted sales forecast.
2-Suggests efficient means for sales performance optimization.
3-Ensures the proper implementation of the established sales policies and procedures.
4-Coordinates and supervises the daily sales operations within the specified team and area.
5-Controls the sales representatives’ daily activities e.g. controls their scheduled journey itinerary, required report forms etc.
6-Controls the sales representatives’ performance through the comparison of targeted Vs actual productivity per brand and customer.
7-Coordinates with the SRs on the most efficient means to optimize the sales performance through reviewing and discussing the problems encountered during the daily sales operations.
8-Ensures the optimal sales and distribution of each brand by the sales representatives.
9-Conducts daily market visits to coach the SRs and resolve customer’s problems.
10-Prepares periodic progress reports related to the sales operations.
11-Maintains and ensures the proper filing of all sales related documents.
12-Supervises the Sales Representatives’ work programs and ensures their proper execution.
13- Abide by the rules and regulations of the QMS
