-Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
-Communicating with clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems
-Ability to deal with very hard users
-Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
-Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Equivalent
-2 years of Experience
