-Lead the strategic development and growth of the assigned F&B brand.

-Coordinate the brands activities to obtain optimum efficiency of operations with minimum costs in order to maximize profits and ensure high quality standards for sales, rotation and loss.
-Recommend and inspect brand operations to ensure that it is correctly functioning according to standards.
-Take ownership of new and existing markets development, as well as liaises with managers and different corporate departments for new outlets validation and designs.
-Analyze prices, competition and market segment to provide brand related reports and data on regular basis.
-Plan and organize events, prepares promotions, sales and special marketing activities as well as liaises with the Marketing department and the suppliers to properly execute marketing strategies.
-Select menu items and products in accordance with the markets taste and in coordination with the Operations Managers.
-Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or Food Production or Business Administration
-Minimum 5+ years of experience in Food and Beverage operations
-Preferably to be HACCP certified
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Fluency in English
