The person in this position must be able to reflect the organization’s image professionally. And maintain smooth and efficient operation of the office.
o scheduling (new, renew, call backs, follow up and pending, Follow up jobs with client. This to be done on Outlook, excel and/or Software
o Delivery of daily schedules to all teams with the technical engineer and follow up all jobs for day and night.
o Receive all Service tickets from the technical engineer, check follow ups, call backs, register them, schedule the needed
o Register all incoming customers’ enquiries and work orders against Service Tickets received from the crews for all on call jobs or single service treatments.
o Checking GPS for crew time attendance and overtimes
o Technicians Monthly attendance sheet
other tasks as per management request
