Masterminds is looking for a Female International Sales Manager with a background in Telecommunication or Software solutions for a Holding company in Beirut:

Candidate's Profile:

- BS or MS degree in Business Administration, CCE.
- Min 5 years of experience in a related field preferably marketing, with at least 2 years managing sales team.
- Proficient in MS Office Skills
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
- Is able to travel frequently on short missions worldwide

Job Description:

• Organize, manage and report to the CEO the sales and marketing department activities.
• Create and maintain up-to-date marketing materials/tools such as product brochure, PowerPoint presentations, demos.
• Track valuable industry events and coordinate and participate in exhibitions, conferences and trade shows.
• Develop and administer a marketing CRM system which includes clients and prospects information.
• Organize and implement client relations.
• Manage the organization of the company special events.
• Leverage new media & social media marketing.
• Oversee the company’s electronic marketing efforts including supervision of website updates, design, and maintenance.
• Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
• Monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of all competition activities in the region and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Enforce relations with partners, sister companies, and trade organizations.
• Monitor and study the sales cycle and develop strategies to increase conversions and smoothen the transition through the sales funnel.
• Develop lead generation and lead nurturing strategies.
• Organize travel and direct communication with clients (direct sales).
• Develop business plan and strategy for multiple product line markets that ensures attainment of company international sales goals and profitability.
• Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search for international sales leads and prospects.
• Create and conduct proposal presentations to, customers, internal staff.
• Maintains contact with all customers in the international market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Set short- and long-term international sales strategies.
• Must work to develop and maintain international business contacts.
• Develop key relationships with international customers
• Build a solid direct and dealer international sales pipeline and develop opportunities
• Transfer knowledge and experience to the sales and marketing team.
• Participate in the management and Head of Departments meetings and company events.
