A Senior Client Servicing Manager is responsible for managing at least two accounts under the supervision of either a Client Servicing Director or Associate Client Servicing Director. The Senior Client Servicing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of accounts and projects, and for implementing tactical programs for assigned clients. He/she must be able to develop and execute work plans, interface with clients and supervise Account Executives to ensure that work is being implemented ethically and according to the company standards, systems and procedures.
Experience and Skills needed:
A Senior Client Servicing Manager should have at least 3 years of experience in public relations and have strong writing and communications skills.
