•Define the strategic directions and the 3-year marketing plan, guide portfolio priorities (new launches, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue)
•Manage the budget (sales forecasts; price strategy, profitability of the brand, P&L, etc.)
•Analyze how the brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumer’s insights.
•Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to.
•Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies (sell-out focus).
•Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations.
•Lead the marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and the adaptation of communication (imagery, digital, point of sales)
•Mobilize other departments (sales, logistic, etc.…) and partner agencies to develop a broader business strategy
•Develop & manage efficiently the team by providing continuous training, coaching and reporting regularly feedback regarding their level of performance and productivity
•Support sales team by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
•Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising.
•Plan, organize & Follow up execution of events, promotional campaigns, advertising, etc.
•Define clear messages to present to top management and accompany the teams in the preparation of meetings.
•Prepare and deliver insightful presentations and strategies to the management when needed.
Bachelor in Marketing, Business or Advertising , MBA is a plus with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role
