• Manages the shops’ overall activities.
• Assists the supervisors and shift leaders in daily routine tasks and implementation of company standards and requirements.
• Manages the shop’s staff through coaching and training in order to improve performance and to achieve the department’s objectives and targets.
• Provides his branch manager with all necessary data and statistics relating to shop sales and performance in order to assist them in their decision making process.
• Establishes a plan to fulfill the branch’s manpower needs through retention of current employees and through communicating the recruiting needs to the HR Department on semi-annual/ quarter-annual basis.
• Supervises the opening & closing of the branch.
• Achieves objectives through appropriate planning, organization of staff, inventory management, cost control and maximization of the branch’s sales and profits.

• Oversees and approves adequate orders for different products, and makes sure they are properly sent to Central Kitchen and Warehouse.
• Assists the branch manager in the development of the branch’s overall yearly plan and budget.
• Creates positive and friendly environment in his branch and ensures ideal communication and relationship between all staff.
• Suggests salary reviews, proposes personnel actions such as promotions and provides feedback to employees with the coordination of the branch manager
