A design and architecture firm located in Ashrafieh is looking to hire an Office Manager/Accountant
BA, at least 5 years of experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant, strong knowledge in accounting and stock control, with excellent managerial and communications skills in English.

Operation and Logistics
" Stock control and management;
" Correspondence with production supplier stockiest etc.;
" Coordination with clients, suppliers, and other staff;
" Undertake tasks or receiving enquiries and routing correspondence
" Planning and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
" Data entry, updating information for records, reports and presentations;
" Carrying out specific projects and research;
" Office management
" Taking on some of the manager's responsibilities and working closely with management;

Accounting and Bookkeeping
" Maintain financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.
" Process accounts payables and receivables.
" Manage invoices and tax payments
" Perform general accounting duties
" Coordination with team as needed: sales, auditor, design etc.
" Execute assessments for budgeting and pricing sheets
" Enter data, maintain records and financial statements

" Strong English writing and communication skills.
" Preferably fluent in French.
" Customer Service Skills.
" Capable of evaluating information and understanding business concepts.
" Knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific methods and procedures.
" Ability to maintain spreadsheets, databases and electronic filing systems.
" Ability to use Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. to create and edit documents.
" Proven successful experience in bookkeeping and operations.
" BA or BS degree.


A monthly salary plus bonus structure. To be discussed in person.

Working hours
Monday to Friday 9 to 6.
