Role Summary:

Is responsible for managing the social media platform of the clients such as Facebook page, Twitter account, Instagram Account, GooglE+ account, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. … In order to increase followers and viewers.

Main Accountabilities:

Meeting With Clients
- Meeting with new clients in order to understand the scope of their business and to identify their needs, wants, and objectives
- Introducing new social media ideas to the clients
- Discussing updates regarding the content calendar, captions, posts, etc. …
- Developing Social Media Strategy with the client's approval

Meeting With Suppliers
- Briefing the designers about the content calendar in order to finalize the visuals
Monitoring Social Media Platforms & Crisis Management
- Monitoring the client’s accounts by checking for any unpleasant comments or reviews, and trying to solve the problem immediately with the assistance of the client.
Posting Content
- Uploading daily posts on social media platforms based on the monthly content calendar of each client
- Coming up with creative posts concerning special events done by the client or certain occasions happening in the country
- Covering live events in social media

Content Calendars
- Researching for any events or celebrations during the month in order to prepare relevant posts
- Preparing creative captions for the posts
- Finalizing the content calendar on a PowerPoint presentation with the visuals done by the designers in order to share it with the client for approval

- Handing over a monthly report to the client containing statistics regarding the account’s status with personalized interpretations and analysis
Engaging with fans and followers
- Fast reply to messages or comments when needed
- Innovative ideas for engaging posts in order to make fans and followers more attached to the account.

Educational Requirements:
BA in Marketing & Advertising, Communication arts, graphic design, management or related fields
Knowledge, Technical Skills, and Experience:
- 1 – 2 years of experience
- Fluent in English and Arabic, French is a plus
- Knowledge in SocialBakers tool
- Up to date with the newest trends
- Interested in technology and media trends
