1-Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
2-Answer customer service calls for setting an appointment for revision.
3-Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
4-Greet, assist and/or direct customers to concerned employees at the quick service.
5-Resolve customer problems and concerns.
6-Comfortably use computer-based customer service system.
7-Schedule appointments in person and over the phone.
8-Handle car job cards (making notations, sorting, and filing).
9-Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email.
10-Provide administrative services for the manager.
11-Receive, direct and relay fax messages.
12-Pick up and deliver received mails.
13-Open and date stamp all general correspondence.
14-Maintain the general filing and file all correspondence.
15-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Bachelor in Business or Technical certificate ;
3-5 Years of experience
English is a must ; French is a Plus
