Description


Job Summary:
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and reparation of industrial machines, in Lebanon and on the international market (Arab and African countries).

Daily Tasks:
- Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance, at customer sites
- Conduct installation of new machines, and training of customer operators
- Test run new machines before delivery
- Assist customers by phone or email at any time, even during after hours or holidays
- Coordinate with suppliers when needed to solve problems
- Travel to foreign countries for new installations, or maintenance service or training
- Assist sales team in technical presentations or demo when required

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical report to Technical Manager on daily basis for each job
- Ensuring machines are running successfully after service visit
- Responsible for own inventory of spare parts, and own toolbox
- Responsible for proper handling of company car, and company assets
- Safety precautions from electricity and hazardous materials
- Maintain clean and organized work area at customer factory after service visit
- Maintain clean and organized work area at company
- Follow all company rules and policies and all safety rules and ISO requirements.
And other duties as assigned or required

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Maintenance Service
- Bilingual: Arabic, English
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Clear reporting skills, to describe in detail all the work done and feedback from customer
- Detail-oriented, to include photos and codes of parts used, full names and contacts of customers met
- Honesty, to communicate honestly with all colleagues and customers about all topics
- Hard work, to complete tasks fully before leaving customer premises
- Dedication, to complete tasks on time
- Pleasant and respectful relations with colleagues and management
- Professional attitude and positive customer approach.
