Diwanee SAL Offshore, a leading Digital Media Company is in need of a Senior Account Manager.
The job involves the following:
• Writing internal briefs for actionable digital concepts / ideas by deeply understanding brand insights, customer segmentation, and target needs briefs.
• Defining the client digital strategies with the team members to impact the user journey metrics and achieve the ultimate business results for our clients.
• Writing and presenting commercial proposals by consolidating the work of the internal agency teams
• Assisting clients in solving digital marketing challenges whilst proactively identifying new opportunities to maximize client ROI.
• Identifying and driving new opportunities, including new business pitches for the agency.
• Ensuring profitable allocation of teams, while overseeing reporting and hourly reconciliations.
• Keeping up with the digital trends and industry / competitive benchmark.
• Building strong relationships with the clients, focusing on a proactive and work efficient attitude.
• Working towards an in-depth understanding of the client's business issues and using the insights to help them achieve their goals.
• Meeting with clients regularly to align on overall strategy, present work done & insights/research that can help the brand achieve digital marketing success.
