Leading the Marketing development strategy, while collaborating with the sales and category management teams to increase sales, market share and brand awareness.
Planning, budgeting and implementing all in store activities, including point of sales materials and promotions.
Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products with Brand Coordinators, suppliers and clients
Manage the productivity of the marketing plan and projects
Monitor, review and analyze report on all marketing activity results and suggest action plan by Brand / by Category / by client
Determine and manage the marketing budget (ATL / BTL)
Close monitoring and coordination with the Merchandising unit to secure planograms are respected and events are in place in time
Liaison with media and advertising
Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities in compliance with approved policies and procedures in the related process according to the quality management system standard
Consult and manage with graphic designer on product specifications such as design, color, packaging and social media activities
Responsible and accountable for the merchandisers routing and results
Attending trade shows, company sponsored promotions and events
Manage all aspect of print, receipt and distribution
Analyzing every aspect of sales before and after the promotion
Executing and analyzing results of advertisement and marketing campaigns
Excellent interaction and communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly in positive or negative situations, and to write documents & reports to communicate to management and colleagues.

Bachelor in Marketing.
Masters or Relevant Professional Certification in Marketing are a plus.
Minimum 3-5 years of marketing management experience is needed.
Experience in multinationals FMCG companies is preferred.
Fluency in French, English and Arabic.
Excellent computer literacy.
