   Description
  1. Site Surveys (with the help of our Auto Cad Operators and Interior Designer )
2. Handing relevant drawings/documents over to the concerned sub contractors .
3. Production of civil works quotations (with the help of our QS ) .
4. Quantities lifting from the drawings (with the help of our Auto Cad team/QS)
5. Preparing civil works contracts for clients signature .
6. Production of Civil Works quotations ( with the help of our QS ) .
7. Placing Purchase Orders with sub contractors / suppliers .
8. Preparing civil works quotations and contracts for sub contractors .
9. Following up and coordination with sub contractors / suppliers .
10. Following up and Coordination with Clients after contracts’ signature .
11. Producing variation orders and making sure that clients sign them off .
12. Handing over variation orders to our site supervisor and accounting dept .
13. Copying our accounting Dept. on all purchase orders , quotations , … etc .
14. Production of Timely Invoices with the help of our accounting dept.
15. Keeping proper and well designed documentations on projects at hand .
16. QUALITY CONTROL on Site ( very important issue , with the help of our Quality controller ) .
17. Follow up on payments from clients .
18. Handing sites over to clients ( with the help of both our site supervisor and quality controller ) .

17000 SAR as Basic Salary + Transportation + Accommodation + Scholarship + Bonus & Intensive + Air tickets and Medical Insurance
