   Description
  Given that we require 3 nos business units managers for our Jeddah , Riyadh and Khobar BUs in KSA as per following Job description and characteristics :

1. Holder of a reputed University degree ( Business , Engineering , Design or Management majors ) and fully versant in the Arabic as well as English languages .
1. Formulate ,with the help of board of directors, a strategic plan on how to take the business to a higher level .
2. Reflect our corporate identity , internally and externally , as being a professional and multi national company of a Swedish origin .
3. Conduct periodical overview of sales , design , Logistics / operations , financial , customer relations and building works Depts .
4. Make sure to have the right resources in place and manage them in a flexible manner to cater for the , sometimes , fluctuating needs of the business .
5. Keep a good record of experienced , employable and potential resources that would swiftly replace the ones who do not perform .
6. Identify potential coordination / cooperation pitfalls between different depts and deal with them as and when they happen to ensure seamless running of the business .
7. Interface and maintain good relationships with Key clients .
8. Customer focused with good networking skills .
9. Coordinate with our financial controller to maintain/ensure good cash flow in the BU .
10. Seek and is open to new approaches and alternatives that are consistent with our organizational culture , values and goals .
11. Evaluate and provide feedback on staff performance .
12. Empower staff members to perform beyond expectations .
13. Implement comprehensive staff development strategies .
