Responsible for monitoring network components, (operating systems and peripherals (Unix, Linux, Windows server), Oracle products, and Microsoft products (IIS, MS SQL, …) as per the company’s standards.
Handle network and security components issues.
Handle operating systems issues (Unix, Linux, Windows Server, etc...)
Handle Oracle and MS SQL databases issues.
Monitor the logs and system resources.
Provide technical support and assistance to the consulting team when needed.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
2-4 years of experience in IT Support.
Fluent in Arabic, English & French
Basic knowledge of Oracle database and Unix & Linux operating systems
Basic Microsoft systems skills (Windows)
