Description


• Manages all social media platforms by keeping them active and dynamic.
• Researches audience preferences and discover current trends.
• Creates engaging text, image and video content in coordination with graphic designer.
• Stays up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
• Facilitates online conversations with customers and responds to queries.
• Reports on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans.
• Develops an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
• Creates reports to measure all social media pages progress and community growth.
• Suggests new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.
• Well Knowledge of annual budget preparation
• Works with marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks
• Organizes internal and external promotional activities and activations (Mother’s Day, Labor Day…).
• Manage Mountain Mudd brand promotional activities and campaigns in coordination with the brand manager.
• Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphic designer; inventorying stock; placing orders; preparing purchase orders and verifying receipt.
• Updates regularly marketing expenses report.
• Organizes and executes corporate events.
• Covers the Group’s events on all social media platforms in a timely manner (pre, post and live coverage).
