The Role

Do you love to chat? Prefer to work a late-night shift and miss the crazy day time traffic? Well this might be just the job for you!

RANDEM is seeking enthusiastic Live Chat Advisors to join our team immediately, at our office based in Sin El Fil, Lebanon.

You will be providing support to our global clients who come from various industries. You will be the first point of contact for their online customers. You will receive and respond to inbound chats via our Live Chat software with access to supporting tools to assist you along the way.

This is an exciting and sometimes surprising role as every chat is unique. You could be assisting a customer choose the right gear for their ultimate trekking adventure and at the same time, assist another customer to choose the right birthday gift for a very active 3-year-old!

You’ll gain valuable insights into various industry sectors and learn how to drive a conversation from enquiry through to a sale. You’ll also learn how to convert unhappy customers into satisfied customers.

To be suitable for this role, you will be required to work between the hours of 1:00am – 9:30am (subject to change) which align with our Australia based clients. This will soon extend to the Middle East and Europe where we would create rotational shifts to cater to their time zones.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following skills:

• Customer service experience is not essential, but preferred
• Must be fluent in English with impeccable sentence structure, spelling and grammar
• Highly motivated with a can-do attitude
• Switched on and able to identify a customer’s emotional state and act accordingly
• Attention to detail
• Ability to calm or diffuse volatile situations when chatting with unhappy or difficult customers
• Be a quick thinker with the ability to problem solve, especially in high pressure situations
• Ability to multitask – key to supporting multiple customers on chat
• A high level of customer service
• Positive, energetic personality
• Available to work various shift patterns to cover our 24X7 operation
