1. Responsible for collecting food order from kitchen, setting and cleaning tables, outside stations and returning used glass and silver to the dish washing area.
2. Maintains supplies of china, cutlery and condiments for side station, keeps side station clean and orderly.
3. Collects Food & Beverage orders from the kitchen and returns used china, glass and silver to the dishwashing area.
4. Sets and clears tables, trolleys or trays ensuring standards are met.
5. Sorts and counts used linen.
6. Attends pre-meal briefing sessions to enhance experience / knowledge.
7. Assists captain in guest service.
8. Collects room service supplies from stores.
9. Exhibits Personnel Department appearance and manner, which will enhance the guests experience and satisfaction.
Must be flexible in time as AM/PM shifts.
