Job Description
• Direct and manages the development and maintenance of the Program Master Plan along with executive dashboards.
• Identify program interdependencies and manage them
• Provide key decisions with regards to the PMO operations and supports risk mitigation and issue resolution
• Monitor all key program decision points, the date by which a decision is required, and the impact of the decision, through maintenance of schedules.
• Oversee and monitor the assigned projects within the PMO in terms of efficiency and effectiveness
• Report overall project progress and meet with customer to discuss progress, risks, and issues on as needed basis
• Communicate continuously on the PMO operations and projects delivery, ensuring alignment with key decision making and changes to the PMO baselines
• Monitor changes in terms of their impact on scope, cost and delivery timeframes against the target schedule
• Prepare the reporting material
• Oversee vendor management
• Direct the maintenance of the PMO structures, designs, processes, procedures and templates

• Deep understanding of project and program management best practices
• At least 5 years of experience in technology project and program management
• Strong communications and presentations skills
• Experience in ERP implementations
• Oracle eBusiness Suite/Cloud Fusion experience a definite plus
• Previous management consulting experience


• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field from a tier-1 college
• MBA a plus
