We are seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our office in Beirut.

As the ideal candidate, you have an exceptional can-do attitude and are always willing to lend a helping hand throughout the office as needed.

Past admin experience will be an added advantage.


Handle all reception activities, including but not limited to:
Greet and provide supportive and friendly assistance to clients, vendors and other guests
Answer and direct all incoming calls professionally and efficiently during core business hours.
Working with MS office documents
Handle general office and administrative support, including but not limited to:
Manage corporate travel bookings, including coordinating and scheduling travel arrangements and administering corporate travel points program
Manage petty cash
Keeping the office tidy and in order
Coordinating meetings, luncheons and events, assuming full project management.
Responsible for maintaining kitchen inventory (coffee, tea, etc.), supply room inventory and first aid inventory; re-ordering and re-stocking as required
Receive and sort front-office deliveries (mail, couriers) and distribute as required
Other office duties as required such as filing, faxing, scanning, etc., particularly for MD.
Other duties as required.
