Tasks and Responsibilities
•Develop business with the assigned accounts.
•Create strategic development plans, including active sales pipeline and implementation, to build new profitable business.
•Perform analysis to determine opportunities in the market.
•Assess the profitability of existing products and service offerings.
•Improve existing business by increasing profitability and customer satisfaction.
•Manage business deals from negotiation to close.
•Monitor contracts implementation from contract performance, customer payment terms, to delivery terms.
•Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
•Evaluate company’s competition and its competitors.
•Engage in research in regards to how the company can improve in its offers.
•Develop new business models for the company.
•Prepare recommendations based on research already carried out.
•Prepare presentations for potential clients.
•Follow up meetings with clients – whether active or prospective ones.
•Negotiate contracts and licenses as necessary.
•Play an important role in implementing products and service that will meet customer’s needs.
•Prepare reports and write proposals and business models as often as requested.
•Ensure satisfaction of customers.
•Design and develop products, services, and tools for client companies.
•Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer
•Contributing to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation (such as preparation of a management summary)
•Manage the bid budget
-Experience: at least 3 years’ experience in related field
-Skills: MS Office
-Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
-Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English language.
-Effective interpersonal relationships skill
