Under the general guidance of the Front Office Manager, and within the limits of Le Gray Policies and Procedures, to provide and efficient and courteous Tele-Communications service at all times in all aspects of the department.
To ensure all calls are answered within three rings, promptly and politely with a professional attitude whilst recognizing that customer satisfaction is of paramount importance.
Candidates must have the following criteria:
- Flexible in schedule
- Fluent in English/ French is a plus
- BA degree in Hospitality Management (Undergraduate/ Graduate)
- Previous experience in a 5 Stars hotel is a plus
