Responsible for Overall management and administration of housekeeping and operation
Main role is to achieve highest reviews on OTAS and To Apply and upgrade SOPS and services
• Executing, controlling, training of staff, Hiring housekeeping professional
• Setting the housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Associating contracts- carpet cleaning, pest control, interior decorators etc.
• Coordinating with engineering and setting check list and standards
• Compilation of duty Rosters, scheduling leaves.
• Extending full cooperation to other department
• Drafting housekeeping schedules and implementing them.
• Controlling costs through constant check on consumption of cleaning materials and guest supplies.
