The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure clients satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors to the building between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM, and flexible sometimes after working hours if there are meetings being held
Answer visitor’s general questions and guide them and inform the relevant customer of their arrival
Answers phone, takes messages and deliver correct and accurate information
Perform minor and routine cleaning follow up
Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy and projects a business-like image
Reports damage, problems and accidents
Perform data entry into computer system as appointed by direct supervisor
Supports the whole organization with translation, data entry and filing
Sends greetings to the GM's contact list
Ability to support the GM in requests of scanning and printing
Education and Experience:

Minimum of two years experience as a receptionist
Technical school degree in administrative/secretarial work
Competencies and Skills:

Familiar with MS Office (Word and Excel)
Ability to read, write and speak in Arabic and English
Ability to perform a routine work
Ability to comprehend, carry out and relay multiple verbal and written instructions
Mental and visual effort; intermittent attention to detail
Ability to scan and photocopy
Ability to enter data correctly
