She will be involve in the coordination and the implementation of the office procedures and have responsibilities for project and task and in addition to acting as personal assistant to the management and company divisions representative.
- Follow up internally and externally all tasks and ongoing projects
- Submit the divisions summary reports to the managers
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Taking minutes of meetings
- Welcoming guests and visitors
- Responsible for the booking and trips of the manager.
Business development assistant responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in his negotiation with the third parties
- Attend the meetings and communicate on behalf of the manager.
- 3 to 5 years proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant and Public relation or Project coordination.
-Fluent in English, Arabic, and French
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible to travel in and out of the country as per the business needs
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- Can work under pressure
