The Business Analyst provides the necessary assistance to the Medical Director in conducting specialized researches, statistics, reports, and analysis. The overall work of the Business Analyst aims to improve and keep abreast the medical services delivery process for the benefit of GlobeMed Lebanon(GML)’s clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
A. Conduct research and literature review
B. Gather information and data related to GML’s claims and medical processes, clients’ performance, and other related medical topics
C. Generate reports, statistics, and studies
D. Analyze and interpret generated reports
E. Advise ,based on reports and data’s results, which actions to take
F. Create PowerPoint presentations, bulletins, business plans, and other documents as requested
G. Assist the Medical Director in the setting and management of Key Performance Indicators
H. Assist the Medical Director in the preparation of projects(on request) by conducting feasibility studies and project studies & analysis
I. Complete a variety of administrative tasks as requested

Education: biology or in a similar medical field. A Master in Public Health is a plus
